Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role in our Waukee studio. You will drive membership sales, greet members, and support daily operations to create a welcoming experience. You’ll engage with the community, attend local events as a brand ambassador, and log bookings and memberships.

The role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a supportive team. Fluent English, strong communication, and computer skills are essential; high school diploma required

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process and generating memberships.

BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sales Associate to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
