BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—with a fun, motivated team.

This is a part-time or full-time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager. You’ll build relationships, meet daily goals, and represent BODYBAR at local events while creating welcoming workouts that turn members into loyal fans.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships and sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness and punctual; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and convert interest to memberships.
• Build relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized by logging member bookings and interactions accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
