Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate in Chandler for a part-time role with flexible hours. You will drive sales, support members, and deliver a standout studio experience with a fun, motivated team.

You will lead memberships, retail, and private training sales while representing the BODYBAR vibe at local events and maintaining accurate member records. This role reports to the Studio Manager.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness; professional, trustworthy, and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you\'re all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
