BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and deliver an exceptional studio experience. You will drive sales, assist members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life as part of a fun, motivated team.

This part-time role with flexible hours reports to the Studio Manager and offers opportunities for growth within a fast-growing brand. Join us and help create a welcoming, energetic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Drive sales of memberships, retail, and private training.
• Provide outstanding member support and engagement.
• Represent BODYBAR at local events and grow studio presence.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences.
