Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate for a part-time role to drive membership sales and enhance the studio experience. You'll generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert interest into memberships while delivering exceptional member service.

You’ll build strong relationships with members, support daily bookings and outreach, represent BODYBAR at local events, and help grow our community presence. This flexible schedule fits a lifestyle balanced with work and fitness.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process — generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals — bookings, outreach, and membership sales.
• Be BODYBAR brand ambassador at local events to grow community presence.
• Stay organized by accurately logging member bookings and interactions.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
