• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on individual style.
• Promote brand channels and ensure the sales floor is neat and organized.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, presentable sales environment and follow SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
