In this role you will support customers with product knowledge, participate in loyalty programs, and help maintain brand standards. The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and register software.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Promote brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to share product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support coworkers and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns to correct location and label damaged items.
• Maintain a neat, safe, presentable store environment.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
