Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales in our store. You will apply AE's Customer First standards, stay knowledgeable about loyalty programs, and help customers find the right looks with current promotions.

As a team member, you will maintain a neat, organized sales floor, assist in transactions, and support store leadership in resolving issues while delivering friendly, efficient service that aligns with our brand values.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to receive feedback and act on it.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods with short breaks.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Inform customers about loyalty programs and AE brand.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers.
• Support coworkers by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Suggest outfits and current promotions based on customer style.
• Promote the Todd Snyder and AE brands across channels.
• Process register transactions accurately per cash procedures.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Handle shipment, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Ensure adherence to all store policies.
