Job summary

Todd Snyder is seeking a Sales Associate to generate sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will provide efficient, friendly, knowledgeable service and keep the store neat and well-presented at all times.

You will role model AEO values, drive brand loyalty, and learn loyalty programs while assisting customers with fashion recommendations and promotions. Team collaboration and accurate register handling are essential to daily success.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and hit daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage company tools to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement.
• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional brand channels.
• Process register sales accurately and quickly following cash handling procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Manage merchandise flow from shipments to floorsets with SOP compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns with policy and drive customer satisfaction, involving store leadership when needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
