UEC in Seattle is seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to learn our sales process, prospect new accounts, and shadow senior representatives. You will travel within the designated territory and participate in meetings to help source and manage opportunities.

This role emphasizes listening, data-driven decisions, and growth through training, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and ability to explain ROI to customers.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).
• Sales internship or selling experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and perform sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives with some travel.
• Assist senior reps in sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel specific to the post-training assignment.
• Engage in development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
