HTU is seeking a driven entrant for a sales role involving training, prospecting, and travel within the designated territory. You will shadow senior reps, help source and manage accounts, and participate in internal and external meetings to build a robust sales funnel.

The position emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and a proactive approach to learning, with comprehensive benefits and a clear path to growth in a sales career.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sales, marketing, business, communications, packaging, economics, or related fields with an interest in sales.
• Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High motivation to learn and ability to make data-driven decisions explaining ROI to customers.
• Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Driven and motivated to succeed in sales.
• Prior experience using a CRM such as Salesforce preferred.
• Sales internship or selling experience.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the designated territory.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation.
• Learn and execute prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts.
• Shadow sales representatives with some travel required.
• Assist senior sales representatives in sourcing, securing, and managing new and existing business.
• Attend internal and external sales meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers.
• Build a sales funnel specific to your post-training assignment.
• Engage in continued development through marketing and sales publications.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
