Job summary

Drybar Shops in the United States is seeking a friendly, energetic Bartender to welcome guests and deliver a seamless front-desk experience. You are the first smile, the connector, and the heartbeat of the shop, ensuring every guest feels valued from check-in to check-out.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage reservations, answer phones, and support stylists while maintaining a polished, upbeat atmosphere. Weekend availability is required and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff.

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required.
