Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits
• Resolve customer issues confidently and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping store safe and clean
