Mega Saver is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an Upscale experience for every guest. You will operate the register, upsell, stock shelves, and keep the store looking its best. A friendly, customer-focused attitude is essential to help create a welcoming environment for guests each day.

You’ll promote the Mega Saver Loyalty Card and App, handle multiple payment forms, and maintain store cleanliness. This role offers daily pay options and a path for growth within a supportive team.

• Follow guidelines for restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery).
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
• Demonstrate a team-focused attitude and willingness to cross-train.

What You'll Do As a Sales Associate

• Provide an upscale experience for every customer, by using engaging language like “Welcome to Mega Saver” and “Absolutely”
• Actively promote Mega Saver’s Loyalty Card and App to every customer
• Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and other accepted tenders
• Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery) in accordance with state and federal law
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, checkout area, outside lot, trash, and restrooms
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to cross train
