Job summary

Mega Saver is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an upscale guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will operate the register, stock shelves, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include upselling, promoting the loyalty card and app, handling multiple payment forms, and following all laws for restricted sales. The role requires a team-oriented, dependable candidate with strong communication skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and other accepted tenders.

• Actively promote Mega Saver’s Loyalty Card and App to every customer
• Engage and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities by upselling and cross selling
• Accurately handle multiple forms of payment including cash, credit/debit, and other accepted tenders
• Follow all guidelines related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, lottery) in accordance with state and federal law
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, checkout area, outside lot, trash, and restrooms
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing product replenishment
• Team-focused attitude with a willingness to cross train
