Central Houston Cadillac is seeking energetic New Car Sales Associates to join a team of dynamic sales professionals in Houston. You will greet customers, showcase vehicles, discuss financing options, and guide buyers through test drives and the purchase process.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with an opportunity to obtain a Houston Sales License at time of hire.

Job Summary:

New Car Sales Associates are responsible for selling vehicles for personal and commercial use. Their duties include meeting with customers to discuss their needs, promoting sales offers at their dealership and participating in test drives with interested customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet customers arriving at the dealership
• Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
• Answer customer questions about vehicles, financing and the purchase process
• Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
• Negotiate prices and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles
• Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options
• Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
• Generate new business leads
• Additional duties as needed to support the sale of vehicles and activities of the sales team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 22 years of age.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Education and Licenses:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience required.
• Houston Sales License - Can be obtained at time of hire

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
