Range USA is seeking a Sales Associate in Newtown, OH for a part-time role. The team focuses on assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and driving sales while maintaining safety and compliance with 4473/background check processes.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service sales experience, ability to handle confidential information, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training and firearm safety guidance are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and the ability to work with highly confidential information.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert Range USA customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill desired experience.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions.
• Maintain range operations and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with ecommerce order pickup when applicable.
