Range USA, the nation's largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Knoxville, TN. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and drive sales while ensuring safety and compliance.

We offer training, discounts, and a positive, energetic team environment. Availability including nights and weekends is required, and you must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience are preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale.
• Inform customers about Range USA services, discounts, promotions, and offerings.
• Maintain range check-in and ensure proper firearm rental process.
• Communicate with Range Safety Officer regarding safety and issues.
• Stay updated on new products and industry news.
