Range USA, the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate in Loveland, OH. You will help customers with product knowledge, process transactions, and support range operations to ensure a great experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service sales, are age 21+, and can work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. No firearm experience is required as training is paid.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service sales experience.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide the easiest and best customer service in the USA, aligning with Range USA’s mission.
• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience to convert interest into sales.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, offers, and promotions.
• Answer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain compliant range firearm rental processes and safety practices.
• Operate the pickup/dashboard when acting as an ecommerce picker.
