Job summary

Range USA is the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges, dedicated to a friendly, safe shopping and shooting experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be proficient in product knowledge, selling skills, and operations to convert customers into buyers and fulfill their experience.

You will greet customers, inform them about services and promotions, and uphold compliance with 4473 and background checks while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service/sales experience, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to understand and follow complex compliance regulations and handle confidential information.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide the easiest and best customer service to Range USA customers.
• Greet customers and guide their shopping and experience.
• Ask for the sale to convert customers to buyers and fulfill the desired experience.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, offers, and promotions.
• Handle range check-in efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain the range timer for tracking customer time.
• Ensure compliant firearm rental processes are followed.
• Communicate safety and issues with Range Safety Officer using radios.
• Answer questions on pricing, features, benefits and availability.
• Maintain knowledge of products and industry news.
• As an ecommerce picker, check the pickup dashboard hourly and fulfill new orders.
