Range USA is hiring a Sales Associate in Pittsburgh, PA for a part-time, hourly role. You will provide exemplary customer service, product knowledge, and smooth operations to convert shoppers into buyers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, sharing promotions, handling range check-ins, and ensuring compliant firearm rental processes. Must be 21+, with 1–2 years of sales experience and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience, preferably within a specialty retail environment.
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations and handle highly confidential information.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Commit to Range USA’s mission by providing the easiest and best customer service in the USA.
• Provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations and fosters lasting relationships.
• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience.
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale to fulfill the desired experience.
• Inform customers of Range USA services, discounts, exclusive offers, sales, and promotions; ensure they leave with the complete package.
• Conduct range customer check-in in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Maintain the range timer for proper tracking of customer time.
• Ensure an efficient and compliant range firearm rental process.
• Utilize radios to communicate with Range Safety Officer regarding safety and customer issues.
• Answer customer questions regarding product pricing, features, benefits, and availability.
• Maintain compliance with all involved government agencies including 4473 and background check processes.
• Remain up to date on new product and industry news.
• When acting as an ecommerce picker, check the pickup dashboard every hour and process new orders.
