Massage Envy Craig Ranch in McKinney, TX is seeking motivated team members to deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through massage and skin care options. This role emphasizes guest relations, product knowledge, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will support appointment scheduling, service recommendations, and retail purchases while contributing to a positive day-to-day clinic flow. Training is provided, and the environment values teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and ability to build positive guest relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program, book appointments, and promote retail purchases.
• Manage clinic flow by greeting clients, answering calls, emails, and questions.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
