Job summary

Massage Envy in Jacksonville, FL is seeking team players to deliver exceptional customer service and help clients feel their best. This role supports a busy wellness clinic and offers training, benefits, and opportunity for advancement within a national brand.

As a Retail/Sales Associate, you will educate clients on massage and skincare services, book future appointments, and encourage product purchases while maintaining a welcoming environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and retail or sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Produces positive guest relationships with excellent people skills.
• Can convey knowledge of total body care, massage, and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy services and Wellness Program; book services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, respond to emails, and support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
