Pure Sweat Winston-Salem is looking for a friendly Sales Associate to welcome clients, help them select wellness services, and share information about benefits. The role is on-site and part-time, with a focus on creating a welcoming guest experience.

You will handle bookings, assist with studio operations, keep the facility clean, and support a smooth visit from start to finish. Availability includes evenings and weekends to accommodate clients’ schedules.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to create welcoming experiences.
• Sales ability to upsell services and tailor recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to manage studio operations, including scheduling and light admin tasks.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for health and wellness is a plus; familiarity with scheduling or POS tools desirable.

This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will assist clients in selecting wellness services, provide information about the benefits of our offerings, and ensure each guest feels welcome and cared for. Additional responsibilities include handling bookings, managing studio operations, maintaining cleanliness of the facility, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience during their visit.

Qualifications

• Very Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create positive and welcoming experiences for guests
• Sales aptitude, including upselling services and recommending packages tailored to client needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele
• Ability to manage studio operations, including appointment scheduling and light administrative tasks
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for health, wellness, and self-care is a plus
• Experience using scheduling or point-of-sale software is desirable but not required
• Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
