Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products.
- Assume merchandising, front‑end, and other store duties as needed.
- Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, place signage, and support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the store and adherence to all laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws if delivery is an essential function.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ year in a retail setting preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
- Safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
- Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead repeatedly.
- May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.
