BODYBAR Pilates Woodforest/Memorial is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through memberships, and contribute to a lively, high-energy studio atmosphere. You will help drive memberships, assist with retail sales, and support day-to-day operations.

You should bring sales experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within a fun, energetic team.

We're looking for an outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a great experience into a lasting relationship.

This isn't just a front desk position. You'll play a key role in growing our studio by welcoming first-time guests, converting them into members, driving retail sales, and creating an experience that keeps our community coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver an exceptional member experience: Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.


• Drive membership sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand their fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.


• Grow retail revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.


• Support studio operations: Manage check-ins, bookings, account updates, and accurate sales records.


• Keep our studio looking its best: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.


• Build our community: Support studio events, promotions, referrals, and member engagement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Previous professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service
