Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates-Elkhorn is seeking a sales-driven Sales Associate to welcome first-time guests, convert them to members, grow retail revenue, and deliver an energetic, member-focused experience.

You will drive memberships, assist with check-ins and bookings, and help maintain a welcoming studio environment. This is a part-time position with hourly pay and growth opportunities, requiring some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Confidence in selling, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a high-energy studio environment.
• Drive membership sales and close first-time guest deals.

• Keep the studio clean, organized, and merchandised.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an outgoing, sales-driven Sales Associate who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a great experience into a lasting relationship.

This isn't just a front desk position. You'll play a key role in growing our studio by welcoming first-time guests, converting them into members, driving retail sales, and creating an experience that keeps our community coming back.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver an exceptional member experience: Welcome guests, build relationships, and create a positive, high-energy studio environment.
• Drive membership sales: Own the first-time guest experience, understand their fitness goals, recommend the right membership, and confidently close sales.
• Grow retail revenue: Recommend apparel, grip socks, and accessories while achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Support studio operations: Manage check-ins, bookings, account updates, and accurate sales records.
• Keep our studio looking its best: Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio and beautifully merchandised retail boutique.
• Build our community: Support studio events, promotions, referrals, and member engagement.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Previous professional experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service

• Confidence in selling, overcoming objections, and closing sales
• An outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• A goal-oriented mindset with strong initiative and accountability
• Professional maturity, reliability, and the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with technology
• Availability to work some evenings and weekends
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college education strongly preferred
