Job summary

Stretch Zone in Tallahassee is seeking a Sales Associate to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet guests, guide them through the process, schedule appointments, and answer questions, while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to guests entering Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service: greet guests, schedule appointments, answer calls, address member concerns.
• Own member retention through daily operations, service, and follow-ups.
• Promote practitioner-assisted stretching and hit sales goals; encourage add-on sessions.
• Protect Stretch Zone culture by building positive relationships with members and team.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.
