Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Sarasota, FL is seeking friendly, sales-oriented team members for the member services role. You will help guests select memberships, book tours, and follow up with prospective members in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for advancement within a positive, energetic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and Perspire memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Welcome members and provide a relaxed, friendly experience.
• Give studio tours and answer questions about services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
