Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Santa Clara, CA seeks a friendly, energetic member services associate to drive memberships in a commission-based environment. You will connect with guests, promote infrared sauna memberships, and guide leads from CRM through to reservations and onboarding.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear path to advancement within our growing wellness team. Shifts include weekday evenings and weekend slots.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to connect with people and provide exceptional service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based environment.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote IR Sauna membership benefits and value.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members to make them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and towel area.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 4:30-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
