Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio of San Clemente is seeking a friendly, energetic sales associate to drive memberships in a commission-based environment. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing 1:1 support.

Your role includes leveraging our CRM, conducting studio tours, and delivering exceptional service while promoting the Perspire Wellness philosophy. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, access to infrared saunas, and a clear path for advancement to an assistant studio

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Verifiable history of excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using CRM with high energy.
• Promote infrared saunas and membership value.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and turnover of sauna rooms.
• Manage towel supply and facility organization.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates
• No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 6:30–12 pm, 12–4:00 pm, 4–9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am–12 pm, 12–4 pm, 4–8:30 pm

What you’ll be doing

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high‑energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
