What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Associate to assist us in our quest to provide exceptional service. With over 320 store locations and 30 years in the industry, we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress and bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic system, bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Typical 4–5-day work weeks, 40-55 hours/week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom, and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, educational shopping experience focused on improving their sleep through our solutions.
• Experience with technology including tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system is preferred.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, enthusiasm, and excellent customer interaction skills.
