Job Summary:

The Associate Sales Representative supports the inside sales team by identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and assisting in developing sales strategies. Responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, maintaining customer databases, and providing administrative support. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential. This role is vital for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relations: Build and maintain customer relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, provide excellent service, and understand customer needs.
2. Order Processing: Receive, verify, and coordinate order fulfillment; resolve issues.
3. Sales Support: Assist with administrative tasks, generate quotes, track sales data, and collaborate with marketing.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and sales data, analyze data for sales opportunities, and ensure data security.
