Pure Barre Richmond is more than just a fitness studio—we're a community powered by passion, purpose, and results. We’re looking for a driven, personable, and organized Sales Associate to join our front desk team and be the welcoming face that inspires every client who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine warmth
• Drive membership sales through thoughtful conversations and strong product knowledge
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, phone calls, and studio maintenance
• Build lasting relationships with clients and foster a sense of belonging within the studio
• Support teachers and studio management with class transitions and studio flow
• Maintain a clean, inviting studio environment that reflects our brand standards

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A confident, friendly, and approachable personality
• A strong sense of accountability and a sharp attention to detail
• Comfortable working with sales goals and handling transactions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Previous retail or fitness sales experience is a plus, but not required

Availability Requirements

• Must be available for 23 shifts per week
• Shifts are primarily in the evenings (4 PM – 8:30 PM)
• Some morning availability (8 AM – 2 PM) is preferred
• Rotating weekend shifts (7 AM – 2 PM) are required and non-negotiable
