As a Sales Representative at Pure Barre Newport News, you'll be on the front lines of our growing fitness community. Your mission is to drive membership sales, create lasting connections with potential clients, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new membership sales through lead generation, follow-up, and conversion
• Give studio tours and connect with prospects by understanding their individual goals
• Maintain a consistent level of personal sales production
• Promote the studio as a hub for health, wellness, and community
• Educate members on classes, retail products, and membership options
• Schedule and manage high-quality sales appointments
• Represent Pure Barre at local events (grand openings, health fairs, races, etc.)
• Continuously develop your sales and customer service skills
• Handle accurate payment transactions
• Engage in ongoing prospect follow-up and communication
• Contribute to social media content (e.g., photos and engagement)
• Assist with studio cleaning and retail upkeep in accordance with health protocols
• Participate in training and team development sessions
• Perform other duties as needed to support the studio team
