Job Summary: Responsible for Specialty and Infusion Pharmacy sales in a specified territory. This position will require daily/weekly calls to multiple specialists to grow the pharmacy business consistently. The individual will be expected to meet minimum call activity requirements and goal attainment monthly. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop and manage a robust sales strategy that will continuously evolve to support the Vital Care network's growth goals. Education and Experience: Physical Requirements: The employee must be able to: Estimate May require extended periods of traveling. 2-4 hours May require frequent use of computer keyboard & sitting for extended periods of time. 6-8 hours Be part of an organization that invests in you!   • Sell infusion and specialty pharmacy services within different Specialty therapies.
  • Work with pharmacy owners, pharmacists, account executives, and all staff as needed to understand the unit-level economics that will help the territory achieve revenue and profitability success.
  • Work with the Sales Director to set quarterly goals to achieve and exceed.
  • Weekly Sales & marketing call participation will be expected.
  • One on one calls with the Sales Director, Marketing team, or Director Sales Training will be regularly scheduled.
  • Partnering with Pharma, Biological, and medical sales professionals will be expected in each territory. Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to medical office locations in the defined territory.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Infusion knowledge.
  • Ability to grow their territory each month, quarter, & year.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and use.
  • Playmaker & Playmaker Edge CRM knowledge and usage is a plus.
  • Support other departments with Sales needs.
  • Assist the leadership team in new markets as needed.
  • Assist the Franchisee on territory needs.
  • Proactively supports and reports all sales efforts of new sites to the Sales Director.
  • Uses, creates, & synthesizes data to develop and drive sales results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expected to work with all pharmacy and clinical personnel to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding defined market infusion goals with new referral sources to service and grow the existing business.
  • Assist the Sales Director in developing and executing business plans to grow the infusion therapy through accurate business projections, goals, specific strategies, and pertinent account information.
  • Experience in the Infusion industry is a benefit.
  • Any position in home health, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales management or sales will be highly regarded.
  • Entry level sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
