We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused *Jewelry Sales Associate* to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their jewelry purchasing journey. While this is primarily a remote role, the associate will be required to travel to meet clients in person as per appointment schedules for a few days each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and guidance on jewelry selection, customization, and purchasing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Conduct virtual consultations to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Travel as needed to meet clients for in-person consultations, presentations, and fittings (travel required for a few days each month).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Friendly Diamonds' products, including lab-grown diamonds and sustainable jewelry offerings.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to fulfill orders and address customer queries.
- Track and achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle post-sale follow-ups, including feedback collection and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (experience in the jewelry industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the USA for client meetings a few days each month (expenses covered by the company).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for jewelry and sustainability is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
