About the Position
We're a growing real estate company expanding our equipment rental division, and we're looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll support our leasing operations for heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders — all essential for land development projects.
This is a remote position available to applicants anywhere in the U.S. You'll work from home and connect with clients using phone, email, and online platforms. We provide full training — no prior sales or construction background is required, though it can be helpful.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with contractors and developers who may need rental equipment
Handle incoming inquiries and assist clients throughout the rental process
Maintain basic records of customer details and orders (training included)
Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely equipment delivery
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting by phone and email
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently
Familiarity with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
What We Offer
