About the Position
We're a growing real estate company expanding our equipment rental division, and we're looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll support our leasing operations for heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders — all essential for land development projects.

This is a remote position available to applicants anywhere in the U.S. You'll work from home and connect with clients using phone, email, and online platforms. We provide full training — no prior sales or construction background is required, though it can be helpful.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with contractors and developers who may need rental equipment

• Handle incoming inquiries and assist clients throughout the rental process

• Maintain basic records of customer details and orders (training included)

• Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure timely equipment delivery

• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting by phone and email
