What You’ll Do:

• As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll drive Command Your Brand’s mission to place game-changing clients on the world’s top podcasts.
• You’ll: Generate Leads: Proactively find prospects through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and creative outreach, alongside company-provided leads.
• Lead Sales Calls: Set appointments and conduct discovery calls, pitching Command Your Brand’s $30,000 podcast placement packages to entrepreneurs and thought leaders.
• Support Closings: Coordinate closing calls with senior team members, ensuring a seamless handoff and client satisfaction.
• Build Relationships: Connect with clients in tech, healthcare, and business, helping them share their stories on podcasts that matter.
• Stay Industry-Smart: Track podcasting trends and top shows to inform your pitches and wow prospects.
• Manage Progress: Use CRM tools to track leads, log 15–20+ daily outreach efforts, and hit weekly call and appointment targets.
• Thrive Remotely: Collaborate with our Eastern Time-based team, bringing energy and ideas to a fast-paced, virtual environment.

What You’ll Earn:

• This isn’t a 9-to-5—it’s a chance to earn big by driving impact. You’ll start with a $15/hr base pay (approx. $31,200/year) to keep you fueled, plus a 7.1% commission on every sale—close one $30,000 deal, pocket $2,130; close 2 deals/month, add $4,260!
• Exceed targets, and you’ll earn extra performance bonuses to reward your hustle. Your drive shapes your paycheck, with opportunities to grow into bigger roles as you prove your impact.
