Job summary

Skin Laundry is seeking a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate to support the clinic team and lead by example on the sales floor. You will deliver personalized client experiences, promote facials and skincare products, educate clients, schedule bookings and help meet daily sales goals.

You will also assist with opening/closing, inventory, coaching of teammates, and onboarding new staff. Benefits include the Skin Laundry employee treatment and product discount program.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software is a plus.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare and client education.

The Part-Time Senior Sales Associate supports the clinic team in running the clinic efficiently and leads by example on the sales floor. In this role you will deliver personalized client experiences, promote customized facials and products, educate clients on skincare routines, schedule and retain clients, and convert new clients to meet sales and service targets. You will also help with opening and closing, register reconciliation and inventory, coach Sales Associates, and support onboarding of new team members. This position reports to the Clinic Manager and is a great first step toward a long-term career at Skin Laundry, with leadership development and training. Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred
• Working knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software is a plus
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare and client education
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; reliable, proactive and accountable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly, plus evenings and holidays as needed
• Work a minimum of 3–4 days per week (set by clinic), averaging about 16 hours per week, with flexibility up to 24 hours
• Available during clinic operating hours, which may change
• Able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
• Able to reliably commute to the home clinic and occasionally cover other clinics during peak times or events

Summary

The Part-Time Sales Associate is an on-floor sales and client-experience role at a medical laser skincare clinic. In this role you will welcome clients, educate them on products, memberships and treatments, support bookings and smooth check-in and check-out, and help meet daily sales and conversion goals. You will also help with opening and closing, restocking and inventory, keep the clinic clean and merchandised, and work with your team and leaders toward clinic goals.
