Job summary

Skin Laundry in Brea, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate on the clinic floor to welcome clients, educate them on products, memberships and treatments, and support bookings and check-in/check-out.

You will help meet daily sales and conversion goals, assist with opening/closing, restocking, and keep the clinic clean and merchandised. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and weekend availability; a skincare passion and product knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of retail operations and cash handling.

1-2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience
Leadership or keyholder experience preferred
Working knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling
Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software is a plus
Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare and client education
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; reliable, proactive and accountable
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly, plus evenings and holidays as needed
Work a minimum of 3-4 days per week (set by clinic), averaging about 16 hours per week, with flexibility up to 24 hours
Available during clinic operating hours, which may change
Able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance
Able to reliably commute to the home clinic and occasionally cover other clinics during peak times or events
