Job summary

Skin Laundry is seeking a Part-Time Senior Sales Associate to support the clinic team and lead by example on the sales floor. You will deliver personalized client experiences, promote facials and skincare products, educate clients, schedule bookings and help meet daily sales goals.

You will also assist with opening/closing, inventory, coaching of teammates, and onboarding new staff. Benefits include the Skin Laundry employee treatment and product discount program.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or service experience.
• Leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of retail operations, POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software is a plus.
• Strong product knowledge and a passion for skincare and client education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client experiences and promote customized facials and products.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and memberships, schedule and retain clients.
• Meet sales and service targets and convert new clients.
• Assist with opening/closing, register reconciliation and inventory.
• Coach Sales Associates and support onboarding of new team members.
