Perspire Sauna Studio in Raleigh seeks upbeat, confident sales team members to join our member service team. You will connect with people, promote wellness memberships, and drive sales in a friendly, energetic environment.

We offer hourly pay plus commission with bi-weekly bonuses, plus extensive training and a path to advancement. Flexible shifts include weekends, with a strong emphasis on customer service and a positive studio atmosphere.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Genuine desire to promote positivity and exceptional service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and adapt to flexible scheduling.
• Ability to learn CRM processes and promote membership benefits.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere.
• Reach out to leads using the CRM with high energy.
• Promote infrared saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
• Administer studio tours for new guests.
• Answer questions about services and the facility.
• Maintain clean facility and turnover/cleaning of sauna rooms.
• Maintain and organize towel supply area.

We Offer

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out bi-weekly
  • While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options.

Open/Flexible availability preferred, must be able to work one weekend day per week

• Saturday and Sunday shifts: 10 am - 4 pm OR 2 pm - 8 pm
• Monday through Friday shifts 6:30am - 12:30pm OR 10am - 4pm OR 4pm - 9pm

• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
