Perspire Sauna Studio in Morrisville, NC is hiring for a member service role focused on selling memberships and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will engage leads, promote infrared sauna benefits, and schedule follow-ups while ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship within a supportive team. Competitive pay includes commission and bonuses, with flexible Saturday/Sunday shifts available.

• Mentorship from experienced sales staff with 30 years of combined sales experience.
• Onboarding includes 1:1 tailored coaching and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based environment.
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy.
• Promote IR Saunas and Perspire Studio memberships.
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments.
• Welcome and assist members, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
• Provide studio tours and answer questions about services.
• Maintain a clean facility and organize towel supplies.

• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 6:30 am -12:00 pm,11:00 am-4:30 pm, 4:30 pm-9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 to 7:30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing:

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
