Qualifications

• No sales experience necessary — we\'ll train the right person
• Someone who can actually talk to people and close a deal; comfortable with CRM systems and dealership software
• Valid driver\'s license, clean record
• Self-motivated, professional, and good to work with — we\'re a team here
• Available for evenings and weekends when the job calls for it

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and stick with them through the whole process, not just the first five minutes
• Ask the right questions to figure out what they actually need and can afford
• Walk them through new and pre-owned vehicles — features, trade-offs, what fits their situation
• Take customers on test drives
• Explain financing, warranties, and after-sales services in a way that actually makes sense

• Help keep the lot looking sharp and vehicles priced right
• Keep an eye on promotions, trade-in values, and what the competition's doing

The Job:

You'll be the person customers talk to when they're figuring out what car makes sense for them and their budget.
