Responsibilities

• Deliver the IBC Experience with prompt, friendly customer service.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services to walk-in customers and through outreach.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Adhere to New Account Opening Process policies and procedures.
• Support Branch Manager with Compliance Facility Checklist.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies; travel to assist other branches if needed.
• Assist teller operations and participate in on-site sales training.
