Job summary

IBC Bank is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver efficient customer and financial services, strengthening relationships and driving the IBC Experience.

You will promote bank products, assist with daily branch operations, and support onboarding and compliance activities while contributing to team goals in a busy in-office environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduates with 1+ years customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication in English; Spanish helpful.
• Ability to learn and promote bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and the IBC Experience.
• Meet customer financial needs by promoting bank products and services to walk-in customers and via outreach.
• Assist with branch opening/closing procedures and dual control.
• Support compliance with New Account Opening Process and facilities checklist.
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies; travel to assist other branches as needed.
• Assist with teller operations and participate in sales training.
• Attend meetings and events; meet individual sales goals.

Job Summary

The Sales Associate position is responsible for providing efficient and accurate customer and financial services while delivering the “IBC Experience”. This includes meeting customer needs by offering bank products and services and establishing new relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support Branch Manager with adherence to the Compliance Facility Checklist
• Maintain branch inventory and supplies
• Flexibility to travel and assist other branches
• Flexibility to assist and perform teller operation functions
• Attend meetings and other events
• Maintain individual sales performance goals
• Promptly respond to and communicate customer complaints
• Assist with on- the- job sales training
• Other duties as assigned
