Job summary

IBC Bank in Sand Springs, OK is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver efficient customer and financial services and to help grow relationships. You will assist walk-in customers, promote bank products, onboard new clients, and support branch operations with accuracy and a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ years of customer-facing experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient customer service and financial services to walk-in customers.
• Promote bank products and services and establish new relationships.
• Assist with onboarding, opening/closing procedures, and dual control.
• Maintain branch inventory and support compliance and procedures.
• Travel to assist other branches as needed and participate in sales training.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and participate in events.
