Job summary

StretchLab Forest Hills in New York is hiring a Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective members and drive membership growth.

The part-time role offers pay of $18 to $20 per hour plus commission and performance incentives, paid training, and a complimentary StretchLab membership. Experience in fitness, retail, or customer service is welcome and advancement opportunities exist.

• Experience in fitness sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, membership sales, business development, or wellness.

Responsibilities

• Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through consultations, studio tours, and introductory stretch sessions.
• Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships.
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals through consultative selling.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage front desk operations, scheduling, client check ins, and administrative tasks.
• Support local marketing campaigns, networking events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit through membership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
