Job summary

StretchLab Scarsdale is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership sales, and coach a team of sales associates and flexologists. This full-time role combines leadership with hands-on sales and guest experience responsibilities at our Scarsdale studio.

The ideal candidate brings proven sales leadership, strong communication, and a passion for coaching others to deliver exceptional member experiences while advancing within a fast-growing wellness brand.

What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll partner with the Studio Manager to drive studio performance and create an outstanding experience for every member.

Your responsibilities will include:
